You are invited to Reflect on 3 minute of Silence. Please silence any 'noise' in your space that you can control. Then get comfortable and set a timer for 3 minutes. During this time please be aware of any feelings in your body; where are they located; what are the feelings; are you able to release all the mind chatter/thoughts.
How was this experience for you? Ideally expand this time to increase minutes - do as often as needed (repeat) to tune inward to the Truth inside you rather than external stimuli.
